September 1, 2009. Bangladesh Reports First Swine Flu Related Death

The first fatality from A/H1N1 flu virus in Bangladesh was reported in Dhaka on August 31st, local media reported. A 37-year-old woman died of the disease after two weeks of hospital treatment; she suffered from heart complications. Nearly 200 cases of the disease have been reported in Bangladesh.
