The Fall Insurance term is from August 1, 2008 through July 31, 2009. The cost for the plan for students is $1,823.
Loyola Students may join the plan mid-term, but only due to a qualifying event - the loss of your current insurance due to a change of employment; or if you are forced off of your parent's plan due to age restrictions.
Students joining mid-term must pay the monthly rate for coverage, $216 per month, and then the next term rate, to ensure coverage through July 31, 2009. Instructions on how to enroll and any requirements are included on the Student Health Plan Enrollment Form.
If you are currently enrolled in the Student Health Plan, and due to a life-changing event - the birth of a child or marriage - you may add your eligible dependent onto the plan during the year.
